MatchCompany is an introductions, dating service and matrimonial agency for adult singles who wish to form a relationship with other single men and single women as a partner or for dating purposes, or for marriage, civil union or any other lasting relationship. MatchCompany is not an online dating or internet dating service.

Terms and conditions

1. Although MatchCompany uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure that introductions to members fall within the category of persons specified by them on their application form it will not accept responsibility if, through no fault of its own, any such person introduced does not fall within such category nor will it accept any responsibility for any occurrence as a consequence of any meeting, date, contact, engagement or relationship formed with any such person as a result of such introduction.

2. All information supplied to MatchCompany by its members will be treated in the strictest of confidence and will only be divulged with the members consent for the purpose of providing introductions to other members.

3. All members warrant the accuracy of all information supplied by them to MatchCompany which accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any such inaccuracies howsoever arising. The member warrants that they know not of any medical or physical reason why they should not form a conventional relationship with the opposite sex unless such impediment has been declared to the company in advance. The right to accept or refuse membership to anyone is at the sole discretion of the company.

4. MatchCompany reserves the right to give the member's name to other members seeking introductions unless and until it is notified by that member in writing that they do not wish their name to be given out or they have so indicated on their application form.

5. MatchCompany reserves the right to withdraw membership from any person at its sole discretion and in that event the unexpired proportion of the membership fee paid will be refunded in full. Save as aforesaid no refunds will be made unless otherwise provided for by MatchCompany in its brochures or other promotional literature.

6. The contract between MatchCompany and the member is only made when the member's application form is accepted by MatchCompany.
